WHEN THE TOILET IS FLUSHED IT FLUSHES VERY SLOW AND SOME TIMES DOES NOT FLUSH UNTIL PLUNGED. AIR CAN BE HEARD GURGLING FROM THE DRAINS IN OTHER ROOM AND SINK IN BATH ROOM. WHEN DRAINS IN OTHER SINKS ARE USED LARGE GLUGGING BUBBLES COME UP FROM TOILET AS WATER DRAINS. ALL DRAINS DRAIN VERY GOOD NOT SLUGGISH. ANY IDEAS
Your vent-pipe that goes through the roof is blocked. on an older house many plumbers will put one-way vent-valves past and above your p-trap. this is however sort of a cop-out as clearing the main vent is the best way to avoid sewer gasses into the house
