our water from the tap comes out scalding hot unless we have it turned all the way to cold. There is no in between. Then in about five minutes, the pilot light will go out and the water will be freezing. We have to relight the pilot and go through it all again. The heater is Aqua Vac. any suggestions on what the problem might be? mona
