I have removed the old fiberglass stall and I am ready to install the pan on my concrete floor. Could you please detail the installation of a vinyl shower pan (drain vinyl, mud, tile).

Depends on the detail you want.

          Basically you had it.

1/2″ of sand on concrete to protect pan from concrete surface and help reduce risk of leaks

two piece shower drain (the type made to accept a shower pan liner)

pvc or other approved shower pan liner material

concrete mud installed to slope down toward the drain with the concrete set low enough so the top of the tile will be even with the top of the shower drain

          thin set and tile

If you want more detailed instructions, I recommend by a finding a home improvement / repair book that will have detailed instructions and pictures. If that is what you are asking for, that is a project which is beyond guidance from a bulletin board.
