We have constructed two steam rooms in our facility; tile on green board over metal studs with another course of green board on the outside (hall) walls. Ive read your previous correction message 13893 by Bill Moore together with speaking to Dan at Steam & Sauna who provided an 8 page proven construction practice. My question is…can my existing rooms be hermetically sealed in such a way as to not permit water permiation by means of a sealant applied to the entire inside area?…and if so, what product do you recommend? Thanks.
