While living in Japan, the Western style toilets in hotels had a hand washing basin, hot/cold fixtures as part of the tank top. Water used for hand washing was reused in toilet tank/bowl below! Space saver, water saver. My plumber has never seen one. Have any of you? Want to install in SMALL bath, but cant find in states.

They can be ordered from WW Granger or any good plumbing supply house. AO Smith also makes a 4 Gal. model BUT I personally would stay away from SMITH. They are not intended for large gallon usage just for a basin. They do manufacturer Commerical grade electric INSTANT hot water heaters. These are normally used for hot water booster for commerical dishwashers for 220-440 volts. I have installed several in Manhattan buildings where the water took too long to get to the fixture. Have a great one. Sylvan
