Suddenly, I have no hot water. The faucet will not provide any water from the hot water side. Any insight that you can provide is appreciated.

Is this the only hot water faucet which has stopped working?
You may have dirt particles or other debris blocking the cut-off valve to the faucet or the fixture valve.
How old is the water heater? Some have a dip tube which tends to come apart and the little particles block the valves and faucets. These water heaters are currently under a class action settlement for free replacement of the dip tube.
