Dishwasher door leak

I have a 4 yr old Matag Dishwasher. Hard water build up forced a clean out of the pump and tub. The door gasket looked damaged by the lime build up. I replaced it the same as the old one came out. During the wash cycle water leaks from the bottom of the door. The gasket makes an L at the bottom right side. This creates a kink in the gasket. I checked store models and this looks right. I also replased the plastic coated foam inside the door that appears to make a seal on the door bottom. HELP!
