I am Having a Problem with the builder of my new home. Before my wife and I moved into our new home our Fiberglass Tub/Shower unit was damaged. The Builder did a repair before we moved in, and I trused them that it would last and closed the sale. Just two month after moving in the repair failed. The builder sent out the same subcontracter to repair the craks, it even fractured while the repairmen was working on it and he had to make what was the third attempt to repair it, but the color is off and now the damage seems to be getting worse and the builder wants a fourth attempt to fix it to what they say to be new condition. Is this realy possible and should I pursue legal action. Please Help with links to material to use in court if any available. thankyou all

Stand your ground they can be fixed. matching colors can be hard unless a factory authorized repair service is used. they have better access to colors for a particular brand and dont have to mix it to match. Ive had complete bottoms replaced with no problems.
