pin holes in copper pipe

after six years my copper pipes have leaked with pin holes all along their length. some of my neighbours have the same problem

There are several possible causes 1- High acid content in the water? 2- Improper installation due to excessive velocity especially on the hot water piping 3-Wrong type of copper specified K,L.M? 4-Water not properly treated 5-Piping not protected from lime deposits or other harmful backfill 6-Acid type fluxes not properly flushed out 7-piping not reamed causing errosion due to increased velocity 8- Wrong material chosen before water samples were taken This is like me posting MY car wont start and neither does the guy down the block. Considering I have no idea what part of the planet you are talking about it is hard to pin point what the actual problem could be. Respectifully Sylvan
