ABS Drain Pipes

I would like to know who to talk with about translating a date code on our ABS Drain Pipe. I understand some pipes manufatured during 1985 may have been defective. Our pipe reads Centaur 3SCH40DWV ASTM D2661-85 SDEJCB. On another internet, it said the last 6 digits reveal the code. Can you tell me who would be able to decode this? Thank you.
