i have city water in my house and my water pressure is low. i also have a pressure reduction valve on the line as i comes into house. i dont no why it is there. is it possible this valve alone (it is all the way up now) could be reducing pressure or maybe hard water deposits in pipes? house is 40 yrs. old but new to me. please advise as to what is causing low pressure and how i can fix. thank you.
