Sulfur and chlorine smell

Hello,Somebody is complaining about a sulfur smell, we checked the sewer system, did not find anything… she also says that it smells like chlorine sometimes, even more intriguing, any thoughts? Could it be coming from the internal plumbing in her house? Thank you.
