Hello I have 3-zones for the house, I think I have air in the line for the kitchen. when the room calls for heat the zone pump runs, and you hear the water running, but now heat from the base board heater. How do I get the air out of the lines?? (Bleed the line) how????

By closing the other zones and opening the kitchen zone only, water can be forced through the air-filled zone tubing to force the air bubbles out. Then the system can be closed off to continue running with less air.

Thank you: each zone has it’s own pump and thermostat, each time the pump runs and I open the air bleeder nothing comes out, but when the pump is not running, water comes out of the bleeder when opend

Look at the piping layout at http://www.aresinc.com/Hydronic/multcirc/multcirc.htm
to see the difference in the arrangement of the pupms and expansion tank. When the pumps pump toward the expansion tank, you get the symptoms that you describe. There a more expansive explanation at http://www.aresinc.com/Hydronic/Des/start.htm#Positive
