I just changed the wax seal on my master bath toilet…and there is a slight rock forward and backward on the unit, which means it is not sitting level on the tiles. What would I use to level out the toilet…and exactly how do you do so? After leveling the toilet, should I grout along the bottom edge – or is caulking sufficient? Thanks!

Depends on how much its out of level. Copper pennies work in most cases as shims. Caulk would be fine in this case. If its way off, the flange may be too high. You need to use grout to float the floor up to the level of the bottom of the flange. You still need to caulk since this is to seal the bottom to prevent sewer gas from emitting.
