Toilet wont drain

      Hi, I have a toilet that seems to flush fine, but only half the time the water will drain properly from the bowl. If it were a clog, could it still drain fine half the time? Could it be related to the hardware in the tank? I dont know much about toilet operation, and I just dont understand whats wrong with this one.Eric Berg

      ive found that raising the water level in the tank helps the toilet flush much better and more consistantly if there is not a stoppage
