I purchased my home in December of 1997. I am told that I should have filed a claim prior to August of 1997, which would have been impossible for me since my home was purchased after that deadline date. How should I file a claim for the bursted pipe that is located under the cement forum under my front door? I can be reached at 770-434-4862 or 404-521-8606.Thank you for your assistant.
