Ive gota gas line in my house behind the stove,without a shutoff valve.Iwant to put one in ,afterwards will Ihave to bleed the of air if so how do I do this?

CALL A LICENSED /INSURED MASTER PLUMBER. How much is your familys life worth? Make sure he/she is the Master plumber and not just anyone dabbling in gas work. Doing gas work without a license is not only illigal it is plain stupid
