      THE FLOOR BESIDE MY 5 YEAR OLD GAS WATER HIS REALLY DAMP. ITS NOT A POODLE, BUT IT HAS DAMPED THE CONCRETE.

Is it plumbed away from the water heater or does it discharge water next to the heater if it discharges?
