I have a client interested in a home that is for sale but is hesitant to make an offer because the water has a slight sulfur smell. The home is only 4 years old with a 4 well. Both the cold & hot water have the odor. Is this something that might be dangerous and what type of inspections should we look at to determine if it is coming from the well water or maybe the water heater? Thanks for all your help
