What is the optimum location for a pressure switch/bladder tank. I feel that switches and tanks, when there not at the pump or not together might be more efficient. Please dont quote the law that says pressure is equal all places in a hydraulic system, line friction and point of use play a part.

The tank should be as close to the user as possible, and the pump switch should be on or at the tank, to minimize the effect of baack pressure . : What is the optimum location for a pressure switch/bladder tank.
