I am installing a wall thermostat by LUX for my heating and cooling system. The old one was completely removed by a contractor, and since remounting is extremely tempermental. I was forced to loosen the screws to allow the air conditioning compressor to work. I purchased a new Lux TX1500 Series thermostat. The display does not allow me to program the thermostat – it constantly displays all 888s and shows all the options. Any suggestions?
