I recently heard that there is a lawsuit over bad diptubes in most all waterheaters manufactured since 1993. Does someone know anything about this? They said I should go to a website: http://www.diptubeclaims.com
which I did but I am not sure what to do now. Do you think this is a valid claim? -
You can file a claim on-line at that site or go to http://www.diptubesettlement.com/ and file a claim on-line here.
The next step after going to those sites it to provide the information requested and file a claim.
