Pump was running too much. Reached 50 lbs pressure,cut off.Dropped to 25 lbs immediately,came back on. I pulled pump. Placed water hose into bottom of 2 inch pvc supply line.Turned water on to flush out line and check condition of leathers. Heavy rust water began to gush out. Problem:After replacing leathers,reinstalling pump,pump will lose its prime and stop pumping. Anyone have any advice,suggestions? Any help would be appreciated as it will be 2 weeks to get a well person out here.Thanks.
