I have PB plumbing and have had a leak. My claim has been denied because it has been too long since my home was built–15 years. I can appeal this. Does anyone know of appealed claims that have been sucessful and the reasons why they have been sucessful? I wish to fight this.

Although I cant help you with the appeal, you might want to try filing with the Spencer Class Action if you have plastic fittings.
