The plumbing in our 1997 house has a water hammer that the original contractor cannot fix despite many attempts. Is there a plumbing expert in the Everett, Washington area you can recommend? Thanks.

Thanks.You may have to do some researce yourself, for instance does this hammer occur with both hot and/or cold faucets at every fixture? trying to eliminate some areas will help you you locate the problem area. sometimes a check valve on the hot water heater is causing the problem, ive also seen check valve at the street water meter cause hammer. a a strategically placed air bladder tank could help, if it is a loose pipe, you may have to find it and secure it.
