i have replaced hot water elements in heaters that have the type with 4 bolts holding them in, but the one in my present home has a metal piece that fits over it and i dont see any bolts or any way to remvove it. Does this type take a special tool or am i missing something? What do i do now? please help; i hate taking cold showers.
