I have a gas hot water heater that is about 4 years old. For the last month or so, the hot water is only lasting about 3 or 4 minutes. I have flushed it out with IRON OUT and i didnt find any rust on the bottom? All of my neighbors are complaning of the same problem. Could this be some kind of calcium build up or something? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you

Your diptube has probably dissolved on you. It is located on the cold water feed to the tank. Remove old one and install new one…Lou
