How do I reduce or elimate the sweating of my toilet? Nothing seems to work ?

There are anti-sweat valves that introduce a little hot water into the fill line to increase the water temperature in the tank. But, in many cases the sweating is due to the water never warming to room temperature, usually due to a small drainage, (and consequent refilling), of water or a malfunctioning fill valve.: How do I reduce or elimate the sweating of my toilet? Nothing seems to work ?
