I have a hot water heating system with the old fashioned radiators. Can I add baseboard (tube with fins) type radiators to the system?

Only if you put them on their own zone.

Thats what I thought, thanks for confirming. Do you know where I can get my hands on the information needed to size the BTU I need to heat my kitchen and powder room. Im thinking about pulling the radiator that are currently installed and replacing with electric heat. The radiators are at the end of the line and I suspect the water temperature is fairly low when it finally get there. Plus Im remodeling and really need to find a way to make up for one loss radiator or find a slim line radiator. Thanks.
