I have a single control which mixes the hot and cold water in my shower stall. There seems to be no way that I can turn the control to eliminate the cold water from mixing with the hot. The result is that the water is only slightly warm. Can these water mixing controls be adjusted?

Yes, but each make/model has its own way ….. might be best to get a plumber who knows what he’s doing in to look at this one for you.
