I have a polyetheline water tank that needs repair. A fitting on the side of the tank, adjacent to the bottom has broken. Can I repair it without welding another polyetheline fitting to it as removal would be most difficult? I had heard that 3M 5200, if applied over a broad surface, would adhere to it.Yours, Ken Kaye
