what is the difference between a sillcock, a boiler drain and a hose bibb?

A sillcock has a flange where it meets the building, a hose bibb has the outlet on an angle or is shaped like a sink faucet, and a boiler drain has the outlet positioned at a right angle to the connection.: what is the difference between a sillcock, a boiler drain and a hose bibb?
