I recently replaced my hot water heater and the water company replaced my meter. Since, I have had drips from the T&P valve. I understand that I need to install an expansion tank to correct this problem. I have also noticed more pressure at my sink faucets. Is there a remedy that can fix all of my problems or do I have 2 separate problems. P.S. Are expansion tanks available at hardware stores? Thanks
