Something seems to temporarily and partially block the cold water supply every time. I turn on both hot and cold, completely. Shortly the water is very hot even though the cold is also running. However, after 4-5 minutes, there is a rushing sound and immediately the water cools down and I have to cut back on the cold water valve. Ive changed spray nozzles and both valves. Any sugesstions?
