Whistling in hot water zone

I have a hot water boiler heating system which also has a zone to heat my domestic hot water. When this domestic hot water zone is running, there is a whistling noise, much like blowing air across the top of a bottle. Is there air in the line? How do I get rid of it? Thanks, Dave
