Could you please tell me how to remove the grinding ring from the above to replace the bushing & seals or at least confirm it is not worth saving?? Or is there an address for an online manual I could look at?? Thank you in advance.

Given the relatively inexpensie price of a new unit, repairing the old one is not a good deal, unless it is still under warranty.
