The valve for the last zone of my sprinklers constantly leaks allowing a slow flow of water to the first and last sprinkler of that zone. I replaced the valve and it still leaks.

The water pressure in my house is at 100psi. I know I have to install a water pressure regulator to reduce the pressure to 80psi. Could it be the 100psi is too much for the valve and it is not able to stop all the water? I know I have to install a water pressure regulator to bring it down to 80psi.

Damon, Anytime you have high pressure the seats in the valves will give you problems.
Install the PRV and set it to 50#, that should be ample pressure.
      Good Luck,
