How easy is it to drain a central heating system? Do I even need to do this to reseal a connecting pipe to the radiator?

: How easy is it to drain a central heating system? Do I even need to do this to reseal a connecting pipe to the radiator? No offense but it doesnt sound like you know much about your system. Unless you know how to drain/refill, purge/bleed, shut down power and gas, adjust air pressure in the expansion tank and on and on……You should probably call a plumber or service tech for your own safety. All of these things come into play when doing work on a system. Water can very rapidly turn to steam and level a house…..pipewerks

: : I am installing central heating for the first time and need advice regarding thermostats and radiators. Is it necessary to have a thermostat on each radiator? Will the hot water from a worcester combi-boiler supply my power-shower?

Can you tell me why two of my upstairs radiators stay hot when all the others are warm?
