        We live in a single wide manufactured home only 3 yrs old but the water heater is leaking. I cant find any of the pipes to be leaking but all around the bottom of water heater there is standing water. What should I do?? Any info would be appreciated. :) Kari

Any info would be appreciated. :) : : Kari it could be the pressure relief valve. or if its electric check to see if elements are leaking. turn off electricty first.before taking off covers.

              Install a Heaterguard device and be safe.
