I live in an evironment where overnight temps get down to maybe 10F. I have trouble with freezing pipes beginning at about 25F. All my exposed pipes are insulated, so I’m not sure what else I can do to prevent this. How about keeping one or more faucets running overnight?
Insulation does not prevent freezing, it merely slows it down. If you leave faucets at the ends of the various lines running slightly, the water flow in combination with the insulation should prevent the freezing.
