The house is 12 years old so i imagine the toilet is the same. It is a Fowler toilet, and lately it wont flush away the deposits. The only way to do it is to add some paper on top and hold it down with the brush while i flush it. The bowl is filling up with more water than usual. The only thing i can think of is to by a plunger.
