We have an apartment complex 200 N to S by 55 E to W, with a 200 sewer line running down the middle of the complex N to S. The sewer line is completely rotted out and has to be replaced. We would rather tunnel if feasible than jackhammer apartments, but am looking for best solution. We need ideas about issues raised by tunneling under a structure. ie. confined space, shoring and respiration devices if needed. Help!

Help!Do a web search, there a a few companys nowadays that will line a sewer with a pcv sleave with out jackhammering up the slabDISCLAIMERAll advice is given with-out seeing the job, and hence all advice MUST be taken as advice with limited knowledge on the exact situation. NO responsibility can or will be taken. And yes, I am a licensed plumber with my own business in Brisbane Australia
