I heard of an alternative to the mound system that was being proposed to the state of WI and already was in use in several states. It was similiar to mini wastewater treatment site but was not dependant on soil condition. Is any one familiar with this system, whats it called, how has it performed, is it available, whats the cost?Your help is appreciated.
