My single handle model 87540S Moen kitchen faucet all of a sudden has very little pressure from both hot or cold water. I took out the cartridge and reinserted the same one back in, no obvious damage, still hardly any pressure. Should I replace it???, any other ideas or suggestions???

Since you state that BOTH hot and cold give little pressure I am going to guess that you simply need to clean the aerator.You didnt mention cleaning it, so try that.
