        Heres a quick fix for dip tubes without having to order one…simply flare apiece of 5/8 copper cut approx. 6 inches shy of the bottom of the tank. drill an 1/8 hole 8 inches or so from the top and if the cold side tube cannot be fully retrieved or removed,simply reverse the hot and cold and install the new tube in the hot side…hope that may help get you out of a pinch.
