water coming out of oil heating overflow

i have a problem with my oil fired central heating system. occasionaly water flows from the overflow pipe on the expansion tank,this is getting more regular lately.it is not coming from the expansion pipe itself,it seems to be coming back through the flow pipe feeding the system from this tank.there also seems to be air entering the system as i have to bleed the upstairs rads now and again. can anyone help??
