Im buying a house and it was built in 1996 it has propane gas for heat and water I will have no money left once I move in so Im trying to cut cost as much as I can.If I put a timer on my water tank and turn it off 8 hrs. at night and 8 in day would it save much?and would it hurt anything/ Thanks for any help
