What needs to be done to prepare these for reuse. They were used last year.

I would have them hydrostatically tested 11/2 times the maximum allowable working pressure whether it be hydronics or steam.
They should be tested for integrity prior to being put back into service UNLESS you have product liability insurance then you can sell them as is.
