I have a Moen single handle kitchen faucet. The cartridge went bad and as a result of the
effort when trying to turn on the water, the handle is now slightly bent and there is too much play
when trying to turn the water on and off. With a lifetime warranty on it, I need to know how to
contact the company and have them replace the blasted thing.

http://www.moen.com but that faucet may not have a lifetime warranty, unless it is fairly new.
