Polybutylene Class Action – help.

Do you have any information on a class action suit regarding poly butylene piping. I have it in my house and find that it will not pass a home inspection.
Not sure what to do.

I suspect that the problem isn’t that the poly piping will cause a house to ‘not pass a home inspection’ but rather that the home inspection will alert the buyer to the existence of the poly piping in the house.

A home inspection should not ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ a house, it should report what is wrong and most likely will also provide information on the existence of systems such as the poly piping.
